For fabricators & system houses

Add power without becoming an automation contractor.

VOLTA power-assist rollers integrate into compatible sliding-door systems using familiar fabrication and installation disciplines, with the additional provisions required for charging and controls.

CiiLOCK provides direct technical support and can train suitable fabricators. Every system still requires approved geometry and project-specific review.

VOLTA components being prepared for sliding-door installation

A door-system upgrade

Concealed powered rollers. Familiar door construction.

VOLTA replaces selected bottom rollers and integrates the drive, battery, charging and control provisions within a compatible panel and frame.

  • No separate overhead automatic-door operator
  • Conventional sliding-door installation logic
  • Direct CiiLOCK integration guidance
  • Manual operation retained when assistance is unavailable

Your system. Your customer relationship.

Add a power-assist option to a compatible door system you manufacture. Keep the frame, finish and selected handle choices within your offer, with CiiLOCK supporting the VOLTA integration. Confirm the component package, commissioning and service responsibilities as part of the quotation.

Fabricator pathway

Review. Prepare. Prove. Deliver.

A controlled first integration is better than discovering a frame or wiring conflict on site.

01

System review

Share dimensioned frame, panel and track sections. We review roller support, adjustment, seals, locking hardware and component space against the intended layout.

02

Preparation and training

Confirm machining, extrusion, charging, cable and control provisions; train the relevant production and installation people.

03

Commission and support

Check the fully glazed door, including breakaway and running effort, charging, release-to-stop response and manual fallback. Agree who provides ongoing service.

What to provide

Start with the actual system.

  • Section drawings or DXF for the frame, panel and track
  • Roller cavity, support surfaces, track radius and adjustment
  • Panel dimensions and calculated glazed mass
  • Seal arrangement and estimated operating resistance
  • Configuration and direction of travel
  • Proposed handle, locking hardware and control interface
  • Power source and closed-position charging detail
  • Project quantity, location and programme

From real fabrication questions

Resolve the whole arrangement.

Does every panel in a stacker need powered rollers?

In selected stacker arrangements, VOLTA is installed in the leading moving panel while the following panel uses mechanical rollers. The complete moving load, panel engagement, track and layout need review. Stacker, corner and bi-parting arrangements are assessed separately.

Can CiiLOCK help check our profile?

Yes. Start with dimensioned sections or CAD for the sash, frame and track. The review considers where the roller bears, available adjustment, charging contacts, controls, cable routes and conflicts with locks. A cavity that accepts the roller is only the first check.

What is included in a VOLTA proposal?

Confirm the selected rollers, control unit, power or battery equipment and handle interface, together with any separately supplied handles or accessories. Door fabrication, electrical work, commissioning and service responsibilities should be agreed for the project.
